Shipping & Returns
We are now shipping across Canada! Provinces currently eligible for purchase include Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, & Nova Scotia.* **
We ship our products through Canada Post, and as such we can only be responsible for the products and packaging. Canada Post assumes responsibility for any damages that may occur during shipping.
Products are only available to customers of legal drinking age in your Province. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the name on shipping label matches the government issued photo ID that Canada Post may require when delivering your purchase.
We are currently experiencing an increase in traffic on our online store. Despite this we are maintaining our normal scheduled packing and shipping operations, but we must advise that you should expect delays from Canada Post due to much higher parcel volumes across the country, as well as the current implementation of extra safety measures due to Covid-19. Suggested delivery times may take much longer to reach their destinations during this time.
If you are not present to receive your delivery, it may be delivered to your nearest post office. Please monitor your packages, as if they are not picked up they may be returned to sender. If this occurs additional shipping charges may apply.

**In respect to our northern community initiatives, we do not ship to the following Canadian communities: Black Lake, Fond-Du-Lac, Southend, Stony Rapids, Uranium City, & Wollaston Lake in Saskatchewan; Fort Ware & Tsay Keh Dene in British Columbia; any Canadian communities where the consumption, possession, and/or sale of alcohol is prohibited.
