Gateway Light
Light Ale
A crisp and clean light ale, fermented at lower temperatures to ensure a smooth drinkable profile. A mix of traditional old world and new world hops bring a clean bitterness along with subtle floral and citrus notes. Local malted barley, wheat and a touch of Munich malt provide a classic grain body with a hint of sweetness. Dry and crisp, this light ale is a beer drinker's light beer!
Drifter IPA
West Coast IPA
Our take on a traditional West Coast style IPA. Loaded with American hops, this IPA showcases citrus, piney and floral aromas. Honey malt balances out a clean smooth hop bitterness with subtle sweetness. Copper orange in colour, our Drifter IPA is smooth and crushable!
Flipside Hazy
NEIPA
HOPS! Hazy IPAs are meant to be soft, juicy, and cloudy. American and Australian hops make this beer burst with tropical fruits, citrus, and juiciness. By adding the hops at the end of the brewing process and during fermentation (called "dry-hopping"), the hop oils are retained in suspension, creating an oily and soft mouthfeel with minimal bitterness. Cloudy yeast that stays hazy rounds out the soft body while adding it's own tropical fruit aromas and flavours.
