Bar Options
As a working distillery/tasting room, our main focus is our spirits and custom cocktail menu, but we always have a variety of local beers available and a selection of fruit wines and ciders available year round - there’s something for everyone! We are able to bring in other Saskatchewan products upon request. Please ask us for a price list and we can coordinate with you on the perfect sips for your event!
Food Service
Our tasting room does not have a full kitchen, but our limited menu of bar snacks is great for snacking on. We can also provide you with a list of some of our favourite local caterers for more substantial meals or a wide selection of appetizers. We will work with you to tailor your menu and help coordinate catering so your event runs smoothly.
Weddings
Our distinctive cocktail bar is a great venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions alike. Our stills provide a cool and unique backdrop for vows and photo opportunities and the space gives off a warm, welcoming ambience- perfect for celebrating and making memories with your family and friends.

Our team is happy to tailor our cocktail bar to suit any of your needs. With our comfortable patio, as well as additional space by our production area, there's plenty of room for your next event. We've hosted theme parties, murder mysteries, live music, stagettes, birthday parties, karaoke nights, hockey drafts... The sky's the limit!

Partial Business Closure prices may be applicable and will be determined on a case by case basis.
Rental rates are based on minimum spend. Minimum spend does not include bottle sales, merchandise, additional setup/clean up fees, taxes or gratuity. Credit card authorization will be required to confirm your event.
Minimum Spend Example: On a $1000 minimum spend, bar sales at the end of the evening totalled $850. A $150 rental fee would then apply, bringing the total to $1000. Applicable taxes would then be applied, plus 20% gratuity.
EVENT FAQ
Is outside alcohol permitted?
No, all liquor/beverages for your event must be purchased at Stumbletown. Bar tab is paid independently from any event booking or package. If there are specific beverages or spirits (Saskatchewan produced only) you want to us to serve we would be happy to work with you to stock our bar for your event.
Is smoking permitted?
Yes, but only in our designated smoking area - not on the patio!
How long do I have to set up/clean up for my event?
We allow 1 hour before any event for setup and 1 hour afterwards for cleanup. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of $100/hr.
Can we update our event if there is a change in SHA Covid-19 Guidelines?
Yes, we will be updating our policies as the guidelines adapt. We will be strictly adhering to all guidelines in place at the time of your event. However, date changes or cancellation fees may apply should you choose to move the date/cancel the event.
Is Stumbletown pet friendly?
Our patio is pet friendly, yes! Bring your furry friends!
Can we bring corkage wine in for our wedding?
Our liquor license does not allow products that have not been made in Saskatchewan, so your average red or white wine is a no-go, but we are happy to help you find a delicious Saskatchewan alternative, or create a custom cocktail to celebrate your big day!
How is the parking at Stumbletown?
We have a large shared parking lot directly in front of our distillery, but there is ample free street parking available nearby as well.
